Birthday Parties

Your party will get private and exclusive use of our entire facility for 2 hours. This means we close the facility to the public, and you and your guests get private access to all play areas. You may come 15 minutes prior to party slot to set up and stay 15 minutes (maximum) after your party to load gifts/supplies. Your party guests will spend part of their time eating and celebrating in our party room, and the rest of the time is spent playing in our wonderful play space.

Birthday Cake

  • This package includes a basic 8" Birthday Cake with 3 layers.
  • You pick your colors, frosting, cake flavor and any special message you would like on the cake.

Cake Pops

  • Select the flavor of your choice
  • You pick your colors, design or any type of sprinkles you want

  • You select your cake flavor, frosting flavor and color and with or without sprinkles.
  • Cupcakes with filling are $30 a dozen or $2.50 a cupcake, and custom decorated cupcakes are $30 a dozen

Custom Cookies

  • Cookies decorated and individually wrapped with the theme of your choice.
  • Drop Cookies (chocolate chip, peanut butter, etc) are also available at $18.00 per dozen.

The cost of a party at Nutty’s PlayDen is $225. A $150 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit will go towards your final payment. Your party needs to be paid in full (including all add-on’s) 24 hours before your party begins. All parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance.


Parties include 10 children, including the birthday child. One caregiver per child may stay, two for the birthday guest. Our Maximum capacity is 41 people. You may add on additional children for a fee of $15 per child (up to 20 children total), persons ages 9+ are free. Please keep the maximum attendees in mind when booking. All children playing on equipment MUST have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian before playing.


You can schedule your party at any time during hours of operation. If you are looking for a time that we are not open, please call us to discuss and we will let you know if we can accommodate your party. Since parties are in 2-hour time slots, refer to the preferred start times. We have the option for certain slots to extend your party by 30 minutes or an hour, please call to discuss this option if you are interested.


3 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule your event. Initial deposit will be used if you reschedule, however if you cancel your event, deposits are non-refundable.
